These Details of Service comprise a binding agreement between you andtitle , the operator of the Site. Payment and Refunds
A valid credit card or checking account is needed for paying memberships, workshops, conventions, and other events bought fromtitle .
No kickbacks will be given for workshops, conventions, and other events purchased fromtitle .
All memberships are non-refundable. Yearly memberships are billed in advance and remain in place for the period of twelve months from the date of purchase . Monthly memberships are billed ahead on a once a month basis and will automatically replenish every month, unless cancelled as agreed by "Membership Cancellation and Termination" below. There will be no kickbacks or credits for partial months of service, or deductions for months unused with an open account. To treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
If you purchase a workshop, seminar, or event but make the decision not to participate, you will request either : i ) to rearrange to another event of equal or lesser value or ii ) to switch someone in your place, provided you do so inside a week before the event.
You are solely responsible for notifying the Company if you can't attend a workshop, convention, or event.
All charges are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or obligations imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be accountable for payment of all such taxes, levies, or obligations, excluding only United States ( Fed. or state ) taxes.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated , all costs shown are in US greenbacks ( Bucks ).
Membership Cancellation and Termination
You are solely responsible for correctly canceling your membership. An e-mail or phone request to cancel your membership is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your membership at any point by signing in and clicking on the Account link in the world navigation bar at the very top of the screen. The Account screen provides a simple no questions asked cancellation link.
Your Content will be instantly removed from the Service on cancellation. This info cannot be recovered once your account is cancelled.
In the case of Monthly memberships, if you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will become effective straight away and you won't be charged again.
